I finished one sock of the Broadripple Knit Along. I can't get motivated to cast on the second one. Go figure!

I finished this pair instead. I fell in love with Noro Kureyon, and as a spinner, I know I can spin that type of yarn too. Kureyon is single ply. My yarn is 2 ply for strength. I was able to spin 2 similar skeins (or so I thought they were) by lining up the colors. The socks didn't turn out identical and I didn't want to show the other sock. This one is enough. It's warm and toasty though.

Before and after. Or, After and Before. This was from white Gems Merino sock yarn I bought from Needletrax.com. I handpainted it with my favorite jeweltone colorway and knitted a sock. It reminds me of Koigu.
